The City of Janesville Plan Commission met on November 2, 2026. In the director’s report, staff noted that the City Council had approved the final plat for Pineridge Estates 6th Addition, creating 17 residential lots, along with a memorandum of understanding for public infrastructure. The Council also directed staff to negotiate with Next Generation on residential development of a 57-acre, city-owned parcel at 2400 Lloyd Avenue; no contract award or dollar amount was reported.
