St. Johns County BCC Meeting Livestream

The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners’ regular meeting was held November 4, 2026. No procurement activity was identified: the board did not consider contract awards, bids, RFPs, vendor selections, or purchasing decisions. Commissioners issued proclamations recognizing Israel Friendship Day, Veterans Day, and Adoption Month, and acknowledged Commissioner Sarah Arnold’s service. Two regular-agenda applications were withdrawn. During public comment, residents raised concerns about animal-shelter capacity, euthanasia practices, and transparency, as well as ALPR cameras, traffic congestion, and water resources. A speaker also invited residents to a community visioning process for a privately owned parcel of nearly 2,000 acres; no county spending action was taken on that proposal.
