At the November 2, 2026, Stillwater City Council, Stillwater Utilities Authority (SUA), and Stillwater Economic Development Authority (SEDA) meetings, the council approved the consent docket 5–0. The main procurement action was SUA approval, by a 5–0 vote, of a $121,717 agreement with Routeware for waste-management software, truck hardware, implementation, and the first year of service, funded from the Waste Management Fund; the board also authorized the general manager to sign the agreement and approved an associated budget amendment. The ongoing annual subscription is expected to cost about $92,700. Staff described features including route optimization, service verification, vehicle safety monitoring, and maintenance tracking; no additional employees are expected.

A representative of M Partners provided a federal funding update, reporting that FY2026 appropriations included $1 million for the city’s transmission-line project. A further $750,000 for College Gardens waterline improvements was requested in the FY2027 House Interior Appropriations bill, but its passage and timing remain uncertain. The presentation also covered federal water-resources funding and future funding opportunities; no additional awards were approved at this meeting. The council received routine announcements about water treatment, holiday closures and events, and road work. SEDA adjourned without other reported business.
