Other unanimously approved infrastructure-related actions authorized a Commercial Circle stormwater and resiliency planning study, with a $60,000 contribution from the Central Georgia Joint Development Authority through REPI funds and the city responsible for additional costs, and an Adore Incorporated task order for professional engineering and planning services for the study; no task-order amount was stated.

The council also approved resolutions concerning the release of city interests in unconstructed right-of-way and property, and authorized legal action related to potential interruption of water service under the county’s 2016 intergovernmental agreement.
