Chattanooga Beer Board Meeting - 11/05/2026

The Chattanooga Beer Board met on November 5, 2026, to review beer permit applications and related matters. Several applications had already received regulatory approval, including applications for the Tivoli Theater Foundation, Bookanooga, Sweeny’s Barbecue, and Hamilton Hospitality LLC; no board action was required on those items. Applications 1436 for American Multi-Cinema Inc. (AMC Northgate 14) and 1450 for Cherry Street Tavern LLC were awaiting building and/or legal signoff. The board unanimously voted to continue both applications to its next meeting; no contracts, purchasing decisions, or other procurement activity were identified.

The board also discussed a $50 fine associated with the Hampton Inn and requested follow-up regarding payment. The October 15 meeting minutes were not available for approval.
