November 2, 2026 Town of Schererville Plan Commission Study Session and Meeting

The Town of Schererville Plan Commission’s November 2, 2026 meeting considered subdivision and development-plan approvals; no public procurement, contract awards, or budget allocations were identified. The Commission approved secondary development-plan approvals for the Speedway Gas Station at 1950 US 41 and Anytime Fitness at 6340–6363 West Lincoln Highway, each by a 5–0 vote. It also approved the Enbridge Fire Suppression System subdivision at 129 Oak Street, including a cul-de-sac waiver; secondary approval was moved to staff level.
