Health Committee 11/2/26

The McLean County Health Committee met on November 2, 2026. The committee approved the consent agenda, including minutes and bills/payments and transfers. It also approved the nursing home’s annual 2% increase to its private-pay rate to help cover rising supply and food costs. The committee approved three health-services agreements: a renewal with dentist Erica Abreu, DDS, for dental services to people incarcerated in the jail; a contract renewal with Advanced Correctional Healthcare, with staff noting the agreement’s dates and that its cost increase should be reviewed; and an agreement with Concilium to facilitate psychiatric staffing. The Juvenile Detention Center reported hiring a full-time mental-health clinician and nurse. The nursing home also reported improved admissions and rehabilitation census figures.
