Zoning Board - 10/29/2026

The Tewksbury Zoning Board meeting on October 29, 2026, approved its August 27 meeting minutes and its 2027 meeting calendar. The board considered two residential variance applications. It unanimously granted Kevin McDonald’s application on behalf of Adrian Costello to exceed maximum lot coverage for a 4,390-square-foot addition at 59 Breckenridge Road; a neighbor spoke and raised no major objection. The board also approved Sean Lynch’s side-yard setback variance for an attached 14-by-22-foot garage at 3 Columbia Road.
