Lake Havasu City Council regular meeting, October 27, 2026. Council unanimously approved a $500,877.43 purchase of police department furnishings and installation/removal services from Educational Furnishings of Arizona LLC, doing business as Arizona Furnishings, through an Arizona State Cooperative Contract; funding was available in the FY 2026–27 capital outlay budget. Council also unanimously approved a $498,826 professional services agreement with Ardurra Group Inc. to design the Island Treatment Plant headworks improvement, with construction funding of about $5 million planned across two fiscal years. Staff presented a $222,895 construction-management agreement with TIC for the North Havasu tank and distribution-line project; Excel Arizona had previously received the construction award. The transcript ends before the council’s action on the TIC agreement is recorded.

During Go Lake Havasu’s update, representatives described reviewing vendor contracts and expenses, not renewing several contracts, ending work with advertising agency 62 Above, and shifting some marketing work in-house; Tempest was identified as the website vendor, and recruitment assistance from Destinations International cost approximately $1,000. Council members discussed transparency and equitable access in business and event promotion, the organization’s reserve funds, and contract provisions governing termination and reversion of assets and intellectual property. Members called for further discussion of those contract terms, but no action was taken on them during this item. Council also adopted a fiscal sustainability policy and appointed a student member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, both by 7–0 votes.
