The HCAM Planning Board meeting on November 3, 2026, considered a remanded definitive subdivision application for 0 Benson Road. The applicant presented revised plans for two lots, including a 16-foot driveway, drainage and infiltration systems, updated wetlands and topography, and fire-department access review. Members requested clarification of the proposed tree-health terminology and periodic reporting on removals, and agreed to seek input from the Historic Commission before deciding whether to revise the historic-structures bylaw.
