The City of Fort Worth Planning Commission met on October 29, 2026, and approved the October meeting minutes. It approved two subdivision-related waivers: FS 26110, waiving required street-and-alley corner clips for two residential lots, and FS 26201, allowing a commercial development to be served by a cul-de-sac, with final-plat approval conditional on addressing staff comments. Both motions passed unanimously among the commissioners present.

The commission also unanimously recommended that City Council approve VA 26015, vacating an alley between West Allen and West Maddox avenues to support the City’s planned renovation of Fire Station Park and development of a community center. No contract awards, vendor selections, procurement actions, or spending amounts were discussed.
