Somerville Condominium Review Board Meeting 10-26-2026

The Somerville Condominium Review Board met remotely on October 26, 2026. The board approved the September 2026 minutes and the proposed 2027 meeting dates. In reviewing the city’s annual report, members noted a sharp increase in applications, attributed in part to accessory dwelling units, and discussed adding data on affordability and rental units converted to condominiums. City staff agreed to ask Somerstat and other relevant staff about obtaining that information; the board tabled approval of the FY2026 annual report until the next meeting.
