The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners’ Issues and Updates meeting on October 27, 2026, included two major infrastructure procurement items. The Water Environment Services Board reviewed a proposed $7,000,349 engineering-services contract for the Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility wet-weather expansion, funded through sanitary sewer construction funds with no County general funds; the full project was estimated at about $59.5 million. The item was slated for an upcoming business meeting. Commissioners also reviewed a proposed $4.7 million public-improvement contract with Dun Dun, Inc. (vendor name as transcribed) to replace the Stone Creek Golf Course irrigation system; staff identified it as the lowest responding bid, and it was likewise advanced to an upcoming business meeting rather than approved at this session.

The North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District Board voted to direct staff to evaluate nine undeveloped properties for possible disposition and return with a proposal; no sale or disposition was approved, and a commissioner asked staff to develop a written proposal for dedicating disposition proceeds to future parkland acquisition. Commissioners previewed a supplemental budget for a November 5 public hearing: a $3.97 million total budget increase across six items, with no net increase in general-fund support, including funding for ongoing fairgrounds construction and a reallocation of County ARPA funds to a fairgrounds multipurpose building. The board also received an update on proposed removal of personnel-policy language from the County code, with a public hearing planned for November 5.
