10/27/2026 Code Enforcement & Nuisance Board Meeting

The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Code Enforcement & Nuisance Board met on October 27, 2026. The board approved the prior meeting minutes and heard two code-enforcement appeals. It upheld a $100 citation for an unpermitted shed in a regulated flood zone at 148 Whispering Hills Boulevard; the respondent was told the shed must be removed, with 60 days discussed as a reasonable timeframe. The board also unanimously upheld a $200 citation concerning vehicles blocking the travelway and parking access at 1711 Destiny Lane, Unit 112, and advised the respondent to continue working with staff to resolve the issue.
