October 26, 2026 - Approval of Minutes & Public Participation

The October 26, 2026 LexRich5 Board meeting included public participation. Speakers recognized retiring trustee Mike Satterfield’s decades of service and raised concerns about school gun safety, proposed weapons and security policy changes, access to Google Classroom and study materials, and student use of Chromebooks and other educational technology. Several speakers called for stronger transparency and safeguards and for evaluating whether technology use and related investments improve student learning; another parent reported difficulty accessing assignments and past assessments.
