The City of Faribault City Council meeting was held October 27, 2026. Council recognized two newly sworn-in full-time firefighters and several city employees, then approved the consent agenda items other than item 6D, which was considered separately. Staff cited an annualized amount of approximately $101,000 for the facilities manager’s planned progression from grade L3 to L4, and said budget capacity was available for initial onboarding costs.
