The City of Solon Planning Commission met on October 27, 2026. It adopted the prior meeting’s minutes and unanimously approved sign variances for the Stone Creek Homeowners Association at 5511 Stone Creek Drive: a 50-square-foot sign-area variance and an eight-foot sign-height variance. The proposal is for a neighborhood entrance sign with landscaping and solar lighting; approval included engineering and planning memos.
