The City of Palm Coast Planning and Land Development Regulation Board met on October 21, 2026. The board approved, 7–0, a special exception for a 150-foot wireless communications monopole at 2614 Seminole Woods Boulevard. The proposed facility is designed to accommodate four carriers, with Verizon as the initial user and AT&T expressing interest, and is intended to improve wireless coverage in the area. Approval is subject to city review of the landscaping plan during technical site-plan review and submission of a Florida-licensed engineer’s structural analysis before permitting. No contract award, purchase, budget allocation, or other procurement activity was identified.

The board also approved the September 22 meeting minutes. Staff reported that City Council had approved an update to the Land Development Code and that it would be posted online; staff also noted the city’s adoption of a procedure in which applicants present before staff at hearings. These updates were not discussed as procurement actions.
