Planning Commission - October 2026

The Shelbyville Planning Commission met on October 23, 2026. The commission approved the agenda and deferred approval of the September 24 minutes. It approved, by roll-call vote, the final plat for Phase Two of The Willows on Dover Street: 20 lots on approximately 3.83 acres, owned by DCC Strategic Realty Partners LLC and represented by Northcutt Survey Inc. The project includes dedication of a 50-foot public-road right-of-way. Staff recommended approval, noting that the plat met standards; staff was still awaiting approval of the as-built drawings. No contract awards, purchasing decisions, or budget allocations were discussed.
