Infrastructure & PBAdvisory Regular Meetings 10/26/2026

The Oklahoma County Infrastructure Committee and PPA Advisory held regular meetings on October 26, 2026. The Infrastructure Committee received updates on ARPA-funded projects: at the JJC, one elevator was back in service after inspections, while another remained out of service awaiting replacement parts for failed door switches. The owner’s representative said Kone had committed to extending warranties and starting them only once the county was comfortable with the elevator; a discount had not been addressed. Annex elevator work remained on schedule, with inspections planned to begin November 16 and substantial completion still targeted for the end of December. The committee also heard that final ARPA billings for the annex project were expected to be completed that week and that a payment for behavioral-health furniture, fixtures, and equipment had been added.

The PPA Advisory received an update that the ICB ARPA project was on or slightly ahead of schedule, with concrete work nearly complete and glazing underway. Metro 1 entrance-ramp repairs were proceeding to plan, with testing results pending and opening still targeted for November 1; a southwest stairwell repair was complete and open. Members voted to approve meeting minutes, receive project reports, and remove an elevator-update item from the Infrastructure Committee agenda. No new contract awards or procurement approvals were identified.
