The Colerain Township Code Enforcement Review Board meeting on October 21, 2026, addressed vacant-property and rental-registration cases, property-maintenance violations, and follow-up on previously reviewed properties. The board voted to take no action on cases 26-119 and 26-120; postponed case 26-121 until November; and closed cases 26-124 through 26-135 after a representative reported that registration fees had been paid or were being verified. The board also continued several older cases to November, including the 7905 Colerain Avenue case and cases involving properties on Regal Lane, Niagara Street, and Ontario Street, citing incomplete compliance or pending service and follow-up.
Members discussed the township’s efforts to connect older or otherwise vulnerable property owners with available assistance, including community and county resources and potential grants. The board also received an update that most matters sent to the Board of Trustees had been upheld, with two assessments still pending. No procurement activity, contract awards, or spending decisions were identified.
