The MyGlendale Planning Commission meeting on October 21, 2026, included two land-use matters and commissioner comments. The commission unanimously approved a 10-year renewal, through October 21, 2036, for T-Mobile’s existing rooftop wireless telecommunications facility at 403 South Central Avenue. No equipment changes or expansion were proposed; approval was subject to 11 conditions, and staff determined the renewal qualified for a CEQA existing-facilities exemption. The commission also unanimously sustained the Community Development Director’s denial of a lot line adjustment for properties at 4680 and 4690 San Fernando Road because the resulting smaller parcel would not meet the IMUR zone’s 100-foot minimum lot-width requirement.

No contracts, vendor selections, purchasing decisions, or budget allocations were discussed, so no procurement activity was identified. The meeting also welcomed a new commissioner, recognized an outgoing commissioner’s service, and received a brief department update, including a forecast of two items for the next meeting.
