Coffee County, Tennessee Commission meeting — October 13, 2026. The commission amended and approved the agenda, removing item 5C5, the rural capital project fund item, for county attorney review. The attorney said a review was needed to assess the potential future cost of using regular tax dollars; the item was not decided at this meeting. During public comment, residents requested $72,000 for water pipes on J.E. Sartain Road and cited more than $4 million in the rural infrastructure fund, as well as a possible grant requiring a $500,000 county contribution. No funding action was taken on the waterline request. Tullahoma’s mayor thanked the county for a previously approved $50,000 sports tourism contribution toward the Johnson Lane complex, where the city is investing more than $1 million in improvements.

The commission also approved a $50 monthly probation supervision fee by a 15–2 vote, and approved zoning and data-center prerequisite-condition resolutions. No contract awards, vendor selections, or new procurement approvals were identified in the transcript.
