The committee also received a report on seclusion and restraint incidents and an update on the Rising Phoenix college-credit program, which staff said had served 244 students and generated 9,733 college credits; estimated student savings were reported at $8,300–$9,300. No contract awards, bid approvals, purchasing decisions, or procurement-related budget allocations were identified.

The committee approved a motion recommending Michael Hoffman as the Early College Credit Program coordinator for the 2026–27 school year, and passed motions approving code of conduct and school handbook updates for referral to the full board. These actions were not identified as procurement decisions.
