The WUSD Board of Education Planning Committee met on July 15, 2026. The committee reviewed student and parent engagement survey results presented by School Perceptions, a survey partner. Student responses showed strong peer connections and generally positive school experiences, while academic engagement and classroom behaviors were areas of concern. Parent responses indicated generally positive views of school-level experiences, with lower ratings for district leadership and communication; the presenter noted improvement in several areas, including satisfaction with the district’s response to bullying.
