Plan Commission - 9/3/2026 - 6 PM

The City of Franklin, Wisconsin Plan Commission met on September 3, 2026. The Commission recommended approval of a Certified Survey Map dividing property at 7765 South Lovers Lane Road into two commercial lots: one for the Aldi development currently under construction and another for future commercial development. Staff reported that the proposal met applicable standards, including Aldi’s parking and impervious-surface requirements. The Commission also approved recommending the 2050 Comprehensive Master Plan update to the Common Council for consideration.
