The City of Franklin, Wisconsin Plan Commission met on August 20, 2026. No procurement, contract awards, or purchasing decisions were identified. The commission considered several land-use and development matters: it recommended approval of a conditional use for a self-service storage facility at 5160 W. Ryan Road, adding a condition requiring an opaque fence; discussion also addressed downward-directed lighting, operating hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and removal of trailers from the site.
