The Oregon Planning Commission meeting on August 6, 2026, approved the July 2 minutes by motion and vote, then heard public input and held a discussion-only review of Ridgeview Development’s conceptual plans for future phases of the Autumn Ridge neighborhood and changes to Foxboro Golf Course. Residents raised concerns about preserving the 18-hole course and green space, flooding and soil conditions, traffic and pedestrian safety, property impacts, and notice and zoning issues. The applicant described possible phases 4A, 4B, and 5, including a proposed 10-hole golf course; no action or approval was taken. Staff said a similar conceptual presentation was expected at a Village Board meeting in September, with further approvals potentially including annexation, a comprehensive plan amendment, rezoning, and subdivision and engineering approvals.
On procurement and infrastructure, staff reported that MSA Professional Services is under contract for a bike and pedestrian study, with a state/UDOT component noted; no contract value was provided. Staff also reported that the County Highway and Alpine/CC intersection work was under contract and expected to be passable by the first day of school, September 1, and that East Lincoln Street utility work was underway. No procurement award or spending-related vote occurred.
