Staff reported 15 purchase orders: about $57,000 for jail software, assessment fees, ammunition, clothing and supplies; $30,000 for library software; $24,000 for a 2027 Polaris Ranger; and $22,000 for IT software and laptop replacement. The approved items also included county janitorial services and a four-year extension of leases with Eden Excavating and Western Landscaping for storage of landscaping materials on county property. Major warrant payees included Central Weber Sewer Improvement District ($425,000), Rocky Mountain Power ($47,000), Weber Human Services ($42,000), Elior Incorporated ($42,000), and Computerwise Incorporated ($40,000).

Commissioners approved HR policies on pay practices and performance management, and approved the first reading of an ordinance allowing certain settlement, severance, and litigation expert-witness contracts to be approved outside commission meetings, subject to county attorney review, established budget limits, and public-records requirements. They also approved the first reading of proposed Parks and Recreation fee updates, including moderate rate adjustments and new fees. The commission approved two residential rezoning ordinances, with one development agreement requiring a sewer solution before development proceeds. No specific contract award amount was stated for the lease or policy actions.
