The Marion County Board of Commissioners’ weekly session on October 14, 2026, approved its consent agenda, including an Oregon Health Authority intergovernmental agreement amendment adding $136,748.32 and bringing the stated total to $24,808,435.83; approval of the buyout of nine tax-foreclosed properties for specified amounts; and an incoming-funds services contract with Summit Food Service estimated at $500,000. The consent agenda also adopted revised procedures and forms for use of county facilities. No vendor selection or construction contract price was stated for the main action item.
The board unanimously approved a construction project delivery agreement with the City of Mill City for the Mill City–Gates wastewater treatment facility, setting terms for the county to complete commissioning and transfer ownership and the operating permit to the city; the agreement’s stated end date is December 31, 2028. Commissioners also discussed regional infrastructure funding priorities, including a Mill City water pump station seeking up to $1 million and $91,000 toward Hubbard’s wastewater treatment plant, as well as other regional projects. These were discussed as funding priorities, not as awards made at this meeting.
