The Hudson Park Board met October 6, 2026. The board approved two agreements with the St. Croix Sailing School: a six-month lease for boat storage in Buckeye Garage and a three-year lease for its activity area near the marina. The school reported growth in its youth and adult programs and proposed exploring a city partnership for a small dock and improved space at Buckeye Garage; these ideas were discussed but no funding or project approval was made. The school noted that marina storage for its motorized chase boats costs about $1,000 annually.
