The Stillwater Planning Commission meeting on October 20, 2026, considered two land-use requests. The commission voted 4–0 to recommend that the City Council approve map amendment MA2608, rezoning 702 South Ramsey Street from small-lot single-family residential (RSS) to residential two-family (RT).
