The City of Bonita Springs Planning and Zoning Board met on October 20, 2026, and considered an amendment to the special exception and site plan for Aqua restaurant at 27940 Crown Lake Boulevard. The request would relocate approximately 243 square feet of the previously approved 900-square-foot outdoor dining area from the south side of the restaurant to the west side; the remaining 657 square feet would stay on the south side. The total approved area and permitted use for consuming beer, wine, and liquor would not increase.
