City Council Regular Session 10/20/2026

The City of Milwaukie, Oregon City Council regular session on October 20, 2026, approved several procurement- and funding-related items. On the consent agenda, council unanimously authorized a sole-source contract with Not Studio for Milwaukie Bay Park final design and construction support services, a purchase order with Petrol Card for fuel and card-lock services, and an application for an Oregon Parks and Recreation Department Land and Water Conservation Fund grant for Bay Park Phase 3 construction. No contract amounts were stated. Council also approved findings authorizing a construction manager/general contractor (CMGC) alternative contracting method for the Bay Park public improvement project. Other actions included housekeeping code amendments and a unanimous rezoning and comprehensive-plan map amendment to establish a neighborhood hub at 9770 SE Stanley Avenue. A business owner raised concerns about potholes on International Way, but no related spending decision or action was recorded.
