The City of Henderson Planning Commission met on October 15, 2026. The Commission approved the agenda, consent items 2 and 3, and the 2027 meeting schedule. Item 4, a request related to TJG Henderson relocation, was withdrawn by the applicant. No contracts, vendor selections, procurement actions, or spending allocations were identified.

The Commission approved three easement/right-of-way vacation requests (items 5–7), a setback variance for a Lennar home in Lake Las Vegas (item 8), a plant nursery conditional use permit and design review (item 9), waivers and a tentative map for a 66-unit attached residential subdivision at St. Rose and Bowes (item 10), and a conditional use permit and design review for a 96-room hotel at 3035 St. Rose Parkway (item 11). The easement and right-of-way items are scheduled for City Council consideration on November 4; the other approvals are final unless appealed.
