Berkeley County Planning Commission Meeting 10/19/2026

The Berkeley County Planning Commission met on October 19, 2026, and considered several land-use applications; no procurement activity, contract awards, or purchasing decisions were identified. The Commission approved waivers for the M&T Enterprises subdivision, conditioned on a conservation easement protecting the quarry and cave area, and for the Morris and Myers and Karen Silver family transfers, each conditioned on updating the West Virginia Division of Highways entrance permit to include the proposed lot.
