MERSD-Essex School Building Committee Meeting | October 13, 2026

The Essex School Building Committee met on October 13, 2026. It unanimously approved the schematic design report and submittal package for the Essex Elementary School project, with a total project cost of $95,351,985, and authorized the owner’s project manager and architect to submit the materials to the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) for review and approval.
