Employee Recognition Committee

The City of Minot Employee Recognition Committee held its third-quarter 2026 employee recognition ceremony on October 15, 2026. The ceremony recognized city teams and employees for service, collaboration, and performance, including the Water Treatment Plant team, Property Maintenance team, Storm Sewer team, and individual honorees from several departments. Recognition categories included professionalism, responsibility, integrity, dedication, and excellence; examples cited included cross-department assistance after severe winds, facility maintenance work, and a life-saving response on the Third Street Bridge. The city manager thanked employees and encouraged further nominations. No procurement activity, spending decisions, motions, or contract actions were identified.
