The Oklahoma City Downtown Design Commission met on October 15, 2026. The commission approved the minutes of its June 18 meeting and voted to continue application DTCA 2600025 to the November meeting at the applicant’s request. Staff reported that progress had been made on the application and explained that the applicant had recently hired an attorney who needed time to review the matter. The commission also considered its meeting schedule for the next year, with meetings set for the third Thursday of each month; a motion and second were made regarding the schedule.

Staff reported 37 administrative approvals accumulated during the period without a meeting, including signs, rooftop generators, the Wildcat building’s renovation for a restaurant and bar, conversion of a building near 6th and Hudson to John Rex High School with a storm-shelter addition, and a pavilion at Riversport. These were updates on design and development approvals; the transcript identifies no contract awards, bids, purchasing decisions, budget allocations, or other procurement activity.
