Plan Commission 10-12-2026

The City of Green Bay Plan Commission met on October 12, 2026. It unanimously approved the 2027 operating plans for the Downtown, Old Main Street, Broadway, and Military Avenue Business Improvement Districts, forwarding them to the Common Council for consideration on October 20. The Broadway BID plan proposed a $162,567 budget and a little over 5% increase in its mill rate, with funding for district maintenance, seasonal decorations, a streetscape micro-grant program, volunteer expenses, and a website refresh. The Downtown BID also proposed its first 5% rate increase in 25 years; staff cited approximately $13,000 in additional revenue associated with development and increased assessments.
