Plan Commission 3/17/2025

The City of Eau Claire Plan Commission met on March 17, 2025. It approved the March 3 minutes and considered rezoning and a preliminary plat for the Creekide subdivision, including single-family and twin-home lots, road and pedestrian improvements, and environmental concerns. Commissioners discussed traffic on Evergreen Terrace and Michel Road, tree removal, protection of the creek corridor, and whether to add a neighborhood playground.
