The City of Eau Claire Redevelopment Authority met on July 15, 2026. The board approved the year-to-date financial report through June 30; reported expenses totaled $79,179.19, including $70,000 in bond principal payments and smaller bond, software-allocation, and stormwater charges. Staff explained that the bond payments relate to earlier land purchases and development assistance, including work in RDA districts and the Menomonie Food Co-op project. No new contract award or purchase approval was made.
