The City of Eau Claire Plan Commission met on October 6, 2025, to consider consent items and land-use proposals. The commission unanimously approved a rezoning and certified survey map for Gateway Industrial Park near County Line Road and County Road T, including approximately 44 acres for light-industrial use and 30 acres for commercial use; the recommendation will go to the City Council.
