Planning and Zoning Meeting 10-13-2026

The City of Kyle Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular meeting on October 13, 2026. Approval authorizes staff to work with the developer to relocate a 33-inch red oak on site and revise the plans as needed; if relocation proves infeasible, tree removal or an alternative design would require further commission review. Commissioners also discussed vehicle access, truck turning, drainage, landscaping, and irrigation.
