Planning Commission 10/13/26 at 5:30 p.m.

The City of Minot Planning Commission met on October 13, 2026. It approved the August 11 meeting recommendations and considered two preliminary plats and a conditional use permit; no procurement activity, contract awards, or spending decisions were identified. The commission recommended City Council approval of the Pheasant Run Fourth preliminary plat, which would incorporate land into adjacent lots while retaining drainage easements and placing ongoing maintenance with the private property owners. It also recommended approval of the Beaver Creek Estates Fifth preliminary plat, dividing the property into two lots and vacating part of Beaver Creek Court Southwest. Both plat actions passed without recorded opposition.
