The San Ramon Valley Unified School District Board of Education meeting on October 13, 2026, included one procurement-adjacent facilities update: district leadership reported that the district had moved more than 100 employees into its office building at 3130 Crow Canyon Place and said the transition was completed without general-fund spending. NorCal Movers supported the move, and Alchemy and SMARS donated furniture; the building was reported as 98% occupied, with West America Bank expected to open as a tenant in November. No new contract award, bid approval, or procurement allocation was presented. The board approved Resolution 50/2627 supporting course-based independent study. An AP Statistics textbook replacement was presented for information and is expected to return for adoption consideration at the next meeting.
The board also heard a first reading of revisions to the employee-complaint administrative regulation, clarifying 15-day deadlines for level-two and level-three appeals, and a first reading of a weather-safety policy developed in response to a new state-law requirement; neither item was voted on. Other discussion focused on school recognition, instructional programs and assessment results, and district activities. A unanimous close-session vote appointed an assistant principal, unrelated to procurement.
