The Methuen School Committee met on October 13, 2026. Procurement and funding matters included unanimous approval to accept $37,700 in MHS Boosters donations for athletic uniforms and equipment, including a tennis practice board, and approval to accept an FY27 grant award and community donations of school supplies and equipment. The district reported receiving a first-quarter state circuit-breaker payment of about $3.2 million and projected approximately $3.6 million in total reimbursements.
