Policy Committee Meeting - October 13, 2026

The Wallingford Public Schools Policy Committee met on October 13, 2026, to review proposed policy and regulation revisions. The committee discussed updates to student discipline (Policy 5131), health assessments and screenings (5141.3), immunizations (5131.311), and family and medical leave (4152.6), including changes intended to align district documents with Connecticut statutes, federal requirements, and current district practice. It also reviewed nondiscrimination and disability-related regulations and technical edits updating the central office address and human resources director information.

The committee agreed to forward the August 11 meeting minutes to the full board for consent.
