Roy City Planning Commission regular meeting, October 13, 2026. The commission unanimously approved the Ironwood Station site plan for a townhome development, subject to compliance with all current and future Development Review Committee comments. Discussion covered site access, an emergency access route, stormwater detention and retention, trail crossings, road easements, parking, and plans to reserve space for future apartments. Staff noted that construction-drawing review and agreements related to trail and road access were still in progress. No contract awards, purchases, budget allocations, or other procurement activity were identified.

The commission approved the July 28 work-session minutes and September 8 regular-meeting minutes with corrections. A scheduled public hearing was withdrawn from the agenda. In the staff update, commissioners were told that a proposed ordinance change concerning additional driveways had been forwarded to the City Council but was not yet scheduled for consideration; this was not an adopted policy change.
