Bryant Planning Commission Meeting 10/12/26

The Bryant Planning Commission met on October 12, 2026. Commissioners approved the August 10 meeting minutes and removed the Zara Steak Estates subdivision item from the agenda; it will return through the Development Review Committee process. No contract awards, vendor selections, or purchasing decisions were identified.

The commission approved the final plats for Midland Estates Phase Two (63 lots) and Autumn Hills Estates Phase One. Midland Estates approval was conditional on delivery of the required bonds and correction of plat items before the chair signs; staff noted that the submitted bonds duplicated water and sewer coverage and still needed to cover stormwater. Autumn Hills approval was also subject to final plat corrections before signing; members discussed drainage and a planned regional stormwater basin. The commission also voted to hold its next meeting on the 9th rather than the 16th.
